    One Starting Place

If you are homeless or at risk of losing your housing, Snohomish County’s Coordinated Entry system is the best way to get help for several areas of your life at once.

Coordinated Entry staff help individuals and families connect with resources that exist within different programs and systems. This might include health care, social services, transportation, childcare, income—even job training.

The Coordinated Entry system focuses on making it easier for people to stay in their homes and helping homeless people find housing faster.

Individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness and who want to connect with available homeless prevention, housing, and mainstream services may call 2-1-1 for an enrollment assessment.  If eligible to work with a navigator, a referral will be made to the navigation site that is best able to meet the household’s needs.  Walk-in appointments for Coordinated Entry are available with resource navigators at the Carnegie Resource Center.

    Homeless Individuals and Families

Coordinated Entry connects homeless people with available resources and services that can help in the longer-term.

HASCO provides housing support for people enrolled in specific human service programs, including some within the Coordinated Entry system. These Partner Programs serve individuals and families facing a range of challenging circumstances. Referrals for this support come from the Partner Programs. We manage this resource separately from our other housing programs.

    Homeless Veterans

Homeless veterans and their families can get help through Coordinated Entry and through their local U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA or Vet Center) representative. HASCO sets aside housing support specifically for veterans who qualify through the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) program.
