    Reporting Changes

You must immediately notify HASCO, in writing, when there is any change to your household income or assets, or adjustments to income, or when there is a change in the number of people living in your household.

Download the form you need from the Forms and Documents page. Paper forms are also located in the Community Rooms and/or Laundry Rooms at your property.

Fill out the form and return it to HASCO. If you report an income change of $100 or more per month or a new household member on the form, a new Annual Packet will be sent to you so HASCO can process a new annual review.

Once your Annual Packet and all the verifications for the change are received, if eligible, the change will be made. This process may take approximately 30 days.

Once your Annual Packet is in and all verifications have been provided, we will calculate the change in rent amount for which you are eligible. Once this is done, you will receive written notification in the mail with your new rent portion and when it begins. You must sign the mailed notification and return it to HASCO as indicated.

Yes, but roommates are only allowed if adding another person does not overcrowd the unit. The requested roommate must also be verified as disabled, unless there is a relationship connection that meets the USDA requirements. No additional bedrooms will be given for a roommate.

There are two steps to add someone to your household.

    1. Complete a Request to Add/Remove a Member of the Household form and submit it to HASCO.  All adults must pass HASCO’s screening criteria before they move in.
    2. Complete a new Annual Packet and return it to HASCO with all the required verifications.

For Craigmont, Glenwood, Hilltop, River Vista, Willow Run, and Wrobliski Manor (USDA properties), the following guest policy applies. If you have a guest that is going to stay more than seven (7) consecutive days or nights, you must provide HASCO the name and address of each guest in advance. If your guest visits more than fourteen (14) days and/or nights in a forty-five (45) day period (whether they visit multiple times or all at once) without prior written approval by HASCO, you can be considered allowing an unauthorized occupant.

Please contact the housing team at housing@hasco.org to discuss your moving options. You will be asked to provide documentation of your situation.

    Moving

No, we do not but you may want to call 2-1-1 to see if there are community resources that can assist you. The housing team can discuss payment installment options with you prior to leasing the unit if you cannot afford the entire deposit amount before signing the lease.

Please contact your Housing Specialist to discuss your moving options. You will be asked to provide documentation of your situation.
