Filling In the Middle

A place to live becomes home when we feel safe, secure and comfortable.

HASCO offers housing in places we own so our renters experience stability and our communities retain their neighborhood character.

HASCO owns over 35 properties throughout Snohomish County. These investments in people and property were either built or purchased beginning in HASCO’s earliest years as an organization.

Self Sufficiency Model

HASCO owns properties across the continuum of housing. Half our housing is reserved for families, seniors and other individuals eligible for federal rent assistance. We rent the other half of our owned properties at full and reduced market rates, producing income that goes back into our housing solutions.

  • Upkeep of buildings
  • Tenant support services across our housing programs

We purchase and renovate properties with three goals in mind: to preserve options for local workers and seniors who would otherwise be displaced by high-rent private development projects; to bring the benefits of well-maintained housing to more communities; to be a self-sufficient, regional partner capable of expanding housing solutions well beyond government subsidies.

We maintain our properties with pride and purpose: to create homes for all our renters.
