Why HASCO
Team Approach. Forward Momentum.
HASCO partners with people and communities within Snohomish County to achieve housing solutions that lead to opportunity and stability.
We connect people with federal and local programs that help with rent, provide affordable housing in places we own and support our tenants with services. We also work on solutions that expand housing options, so neighbors can stay neighbors and families have a place to call home.
How do we accomplish all that? There’s a lot of collaboration that goes on within and between departments. We focus on finding sustainable answers to the challenges we face—and value service, stewardship and teamwork.
Every employee plays a role in HASCO’s efforts to help more people find their way home.
HASCO provides generous benefits including several options for medical/dental/vision coverage through the Public Employees Benefit Board (PEBB), 11 holidays, two floating holidays, and three weeks of Annual Leave the first year. In addition, HASCO is a part of the Washington State Retirement System (PERS), and we offer Life Insurance. We also offer tuition reimbursement upon successful passing of probation.
