Hasco-sum04

Visibility to HASCO Operations

HASCO is a public agency. We work hand-in-hand with people, businesses, nonprofit and government organizations to provide and expand housing options in Snohomish County. We work in a transparent fashion and voluntarily provide information about how we operate and what we do.

The Public Records Act (The Act, Ch. 42.56 RCW) of Washington State requires public agencies to make operations-related records available for review and for copying. HASCO protects the privacy of clients while willingly fulfilling our obligation to the general public to make records available.

How to Make a Request

To get copies of or review specific records, follow these two steps.

  • 1

Complete the Request for Public Records Form.

Be as specific as possible about the record or records you wish to see. Include the date or date ranges, project names and any other information that describes the records you seek.

Clarity on the request forms helps HASCO staff locate the records and provide a timely response.

  • Five cents ($0.05) for every four electronic files/attachments uploaded to an email +
  • Ten cents ($0.10) per gigabyte for transmitting records electronically. One gigabyte represents a very large number of documents. The number of documents per gigabyte varies depending on the type of records scanned.
