CLOSED – The Housing Authority of Snohomish County is opening a lottery for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program for a targeted population
The Housing Choice Voucher Lottery will be open for eligible applications until 4:00 pm Thursday, April 15th, 2021, for households that meet the following criteria:
- Household includes a non-elderly adult (age 18-61) with a disability
- Living in a property with income restrictions of at least 50% of units at 80% or less of AMI and has received formal notice from the landlord that the property is shutting down within 12 months.
