Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of Snohomish County, Washington (the “Authority”) will hold an open public hearing on December 21, 2021, starting at 11:45 am or as soon thereafter as possible, by conference call, for the purpose of hearing comments from the public regarding the issuance by the Authority of its Multifamily Revenue Note (Novo on 52nd Apartments Project), Series 2022, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $44,000,000.

The proceeds of the note will be loaned to Novo on 52nd LLLP, a Washington limited liability limited partnership, for the acquisition, construction and equipping of the Novo on 52nd Apartments, a 242-unit multifamily apartment complex located at 18201 52nd Avenue West, Lynnwood, Washington. The Novo on 52nd Apartments will replace the existing Whispering Pines Apartments, an affordable housing project owned by the Authority and constructed in 1968 that is in need of replacement. The interest on the note will be excluded from gross income for federal income tax purposes.
