New Landlord Portal

HASCO is excited to introduce our new and improved Landlord Portal—an intuitive online platform designed to make communication easier and provide quick access to essential information for your Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants.

The new Landlord Portal will officially launch on December 8th, 2025 and offers enhanced features, including:

• Real-time updates on housing assistance payments and household details
• Easy access to tax forms, plus scheduled and completed inspections
• Downloadable payment histories and historical inspection reports
• The ability to request updates to contact or banking information directly through the portal

This upgraded portal will replace the current system, which will be retired on December 8th. To continue accessing your information, you’ll need to register for the new portal. All the information you rely on will still be available—plus new tools to make managing your assisted households even easier.

On December 8th, a registration link will be emailed to all landlords and posted on our website. Until then, please continue using the current portal.
