Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program targeted population lottery

The Housing Choice Voucher Lottery will be open for eligible applications from 8:00 am Monday, April 5^th, 2021 through 4:00 pm Thursday, April 15^th, 2021, for households that meet the following criteria:  

• Household includes a non-elderly adult (18-61) with a disability   
• And is currently living in one of these situations; is homeless, at risk of being homeless, in an institution, at risk of being institutionalized or household is currently living in permanent supportive housing.  

All eligible applications submitted between the dates and times noted above will be accepted into the lottery (limited to one application per household). From the eligible applications received, HASCO will randomly select 450 qualified applicants to be placed on the waiting list.
