HASCO is accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program for a targeted population 

The Housing Authority of Snohomish County will be accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher wait list applications beginning on April 24^th, 2023, at 8am until May 26^th, 2023, at 3pm. Eligible applications must meet the following criteria: 

• The household has received formal notice from the landlord that the property is shutting down by Summer 2024.
• The household currently lives in a property with income restrictions of at least 50% of units at 80% or less of AMI (Area Median Income).
• The household currently resides within Snohomish County, WA.

If you believe you may be eligible for this wait list opening, please email HASCO at Waitlist@hasco.org to request that an application be mailed to you. Completed applications can be submitted to HASCO by mail or dropped off at 12711 4^th Ave West, Everett, WA 98204. Applicants who need assistance completing their application are encouraged to contact HASCO at (425) 290-8499.
