Introducing HASCO's new Landlord Portal

“HASCO is excited to introduce our new and improved Landlord Portal. The Landlord Portal is designed to improve communication and documentation while making day-to-day task management smoother for you; all the information you rely on will still be available. Registered landlords can look forward to the following features: 

 

Quick and easy access to essential information about your tenants

Real-time updates on housing assistance payments and household details

Easy access to tax forms

Notifications regarding scheduled and completed inspections, including access to historical inspection reports

Downloadable payment histories and the ability to track HAP payments

The ability to request updates to contact or bank information directly through the portal

Whether you are a landlord that is newer to HASCO or you have worked with us for years, the Landlord Portal was designed with you in mind. Please note that this portal is replacing our older system, which has officially been retired. To continue accessing your information, you will need to register for the new portal.
