There are many changes coming from HUD in the next year. This month, HASCO presented an in-depth presentation regarding NSPIRE (National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate).

HASCO will begin NSPIRE when the software our team uses is updated. This update has been delayed by the software vendor. For the time being, HASCO will continue with HQS.
