VOA Needs Call Center Volunteers to Assist People Impacted by the Oso Mudslide

Volunteers of America Western Washington is holding two trainings for call center volunteers for the 211 information resource line. The trainings will focus on training volunteers how to assist people that call 211 that have been impacted by the Oso Mudslide. This is phone-based work conducted in a call center in one of VOA’s Everett offices. The first training option is Thursday (April 3rd) from 1pm to 3pm and the second training option is Monday (April 7th) from 5pm to 7pm. The trainings will be held at the VOA office at 2801 Lombard Avenue in Everett, WA. You must be at least 18 years old to participate and you can register for the training by calling Kevin Henderson at 425-212-3916.
